threads/posts topics since they always result in flame wars.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use
Talking-Soccer.com to post any material which is knowingly false and/or
defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane,
racial, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or
otherwise a violation of any law.
Flaming, Harassment, Bashing, Baiting, Threats and Trolling The following is not
allowed calling people names, swearing at people, following people around on
various threads to purposefully bother or harass them, sending them Private
Messages when they tell you not to, threatening people or just directly
provoking or baiting people just for the purpose of getting a negative reaction
is not allowed on our forums.
Any word used in a derogatory fashion against somebody constitutes a personal
attack and will be treated that way. This applies to all posters and all areas

message, etc) originating or involving a Talking-Soccer.com
Moderator/Manager/Staff Member and discussing the Talking-Soccer.com and/or its
staff in any way, is considered private and can not be reposted on the forums.
We reserve the right to edit or delete any logs, emails or other correspondence
being posted on our forums regardless of its intent, content or source.
A username which is or resembles the real name of a real person, or an a.k.a.
which is or resembles the real name of a real person, may only be used by the
real person described, and not by any other user. Usernames or profiles falsely
purporting to be a real person may be removed by staff, and the IPs or other
sources for such usernames may be banned from the site.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by
you or if Talking-Soccer.com, owns the copyright. Although we do not and cannot
review the messages prior to being posted and are not responsible for the
content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for
any reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for the content of your
messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold Talking-Soccer.com harmless with
respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
Talking-Soccer.com reserves the right to reveal a member's identity, or whatever
information we know about that member, including a member's IP number, in the
event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by that
member. Information shared publicly by the users here, should not to be used for
mass mailings and we will not share your information with any outside agency
except due to legal action. See previous rule.
