Teams with greater talent always win out regardless of the system of play. But talent doesn't mean that the kid must be big and fast. Most coaches try to teach the possession style of play with poor results either because they are not effective in teaching it or the kids do not have the talent to adopt the system play

Wow- you should share this news with the rest of the soccer world. I can't tell you how many times my favorite team has lost despite having superior talent (and despite having an edge in almost every statistical category).
