Here is a reference to DOC Garcia - apparently, current Valencia Manager Unai Emery hired Jose Garcia Quevedo away from Almeria...

As you look at all the girls team, only but on made it to the the sweet 16, and almost all the boys team made it.
He has allowed and still allows parent coaching to the older players.
WPU NEEDED THE CHANGE!
WPU HAS TALENT. Probably the best in south Florida, but due to the last DOC, the talent tend to leave to other clubs due coaching and the coaching click.

It takes time to build and now it looks like there going in the right direction .....
