Here is a reference to DOC Garcia - apparently, current Valencia Manager Unai Emery hired Jose Garcia Quevedo away from Almeria...

same way every club in the world has coaches and players from different countries...or how Cristiano Ronaldo goes to Spain and England and learns both languages... He learned our language

Let me say Pines has had the girls DOC for many years, and literally has not accomplished anything, but tarnish the clubs reputation . He had allowed most of the girls team to break up or stirred up problems with money or with parents. He has not been positive for the clubs image.
As you look at all the girls team, only but on made it to the the sweet 16, and almost all the boys team made it.
He has allowed and still allows parent coaching to the older players.
WPU NEEDED THE CHANGE!
WPU HAS TALENT. Probably the best in south Florida, but due to the last DOC, the talent tend to leave to other clubs due coaching and the coaching click.

None. In USA, Jose Garcia Quevedo and Klinsmann are the only UEFA Pro License holders
