Parents need to step up to the plate and coaches need to tone down the plan so that the numbers match. Are we teaching our younger generation that putting your hand out for a soccer free ride is a 'just cause'? I hope not--because it isn't.

It's okay for a Special Olympics team to ask for handouts. It's not okay for a soccer team with healthy kids to try to get someone else to pay for their fun times. Good grief! How far will this Obama / Bernie "you're rich so you owe me" thing go?

I don't have a dog in this fight but I must admit this is kind of pathetic. I have been a soccer coach for 17 years and I've never sent my girls out anywhere to beg. The challenge of raising the money yourself and working for it makes you appreciate it that much more. Unfortunately this is what the world has come to. People want everything for nothing. How about having a car wash or a garage sale or doing pretty much anything to raise the money yourself. Shame on this team shame on this coach

The team description is such a joke. Brown is the best coach in the state ???? Really. Yes he was HS coach of the year, but it doesn't say that he was fired the next year. How come that wasn't printed? He's a lying crook and a complete nuisance when it comes to leading, mentoring, and coaching kids. These parents need to get a grip and open there eyes.

You can say what you want about the coach. He is trying. He has helped so many girls in the past. Many of you were not with the club 5-6 years ago.

Look up West Pines. They sure do have signage, tents, bumper stickers, nice office. Why are they sitting on every year 300-400k in CASH??????????????????????????????????????????

Why isn't the club helping certain teams with expenses? I am sure AB, JC and others make good money now. AB? are they serious. Did this clown ever coach 11v11? Weston dumped his ass several years back and how he is the face of this once proud club?

You expect people to pay your tournament fees when it should be the parents responsibility to do it. Your using your kids to extort money out of hardworking people. Can you parents donate money to me so I can pay my mortgage? You people are cheap asses.
