Many other teams can be added to that list: BR, SC, VSI, FFJ, Sunrise, BU, MJ also recruit from well outsdie of their city limits. So it's bad for PV and TBU to do it because they happen to currently be #1 & #2, but it's ok for #3 on down to do it?? If you personally enjoy and respect your club's choice to forgo recruiting - that's great and there's someting wonderful to be said about that!! But in order to compete at the next level- whatever level that may be- recruiting is a necessity. I've been very impressed to see the teams that have transitioned into really solid teams. We need to look at the big picture, these girls will be going off to college in two or three years and depending on the level they want to play at - there will always be a need for teams like PV, TBU, BR, and SC to get the players ready for the next level.

Do you recall Weston Cup. Two fights in two games. Only common denominator was Kendall. It was ugly to watch.

Please could you give more details.. The BU was loaded with talent. Did the coaches not manage well ? Too many stars on the team ? What was the issue ?

Sorry to hear that. I thought the coaches were supposed to be good at BU ? Has it been brought to the coaches/clubs attention ? Do you think it will get better for the new season ?
Are you leaving and do other people feel the same way as you do ? Thank you for the info, its something to consider as tryout season is here...

It just goes to show when you go out and you make a SUPER TEAM that things don't go according to plan at all. They BU team didn't make it out of their group, had to play an extra weekend, and drew TB as its round of 16 opponent. Despite having the "better team on paper" BU went up in flames! TB's coach in that age group is one of the the best coaches in the country, let alone South Florida, and BU found it out the hard way.

Seriously what happened? I agree with previous post. On paper BU is the superior team. I could have bet money that Team Boca would have lost against them. If your not a regional/national player BU doesn't want you. What they fail to understand is that you have to be a team player, have chemistry with your teammates and play with heart.
