He is gone because he is not the leader they want to run their ECNL program. He was caught in too many lies about too many things. Basically he showed his true colors and the BOD's finally stood up and questioned him. He knew he was caught so he moved on to yet another job elsewhere. Remember, this guy has not held a job for longer than three years at St Leo, USF, and now Brandon. Yes, that would be a trend.

Mac is not going anywhere and neither are the other coaches in the ECNL program. They should be relieved now that RB is gone. I know the players are relieved as they despised RB as he talked to them like they were pieces of trash. There was absolutely no respect between the players and RB.

Now you can go on believing RB was leaving for another job, but I know otherwise. The BOD put pressure on him to come clean about some things but he knew he was caught so he slithered out the door once again.

I feel bad for RB losing his job. I also feel bad for my daughter because RB had college contacts. I hear that BP is isn't working with the ECNL teams so the college contacts are gone. MM doesn't know the coaches and can't run a practice unless you are just going to warm up and cool down. I hope the board has a plan for college contacts.

HM had a following because he's a straight shooter. Coaches, parents and players have come to that full understanding and support him. RB will walk with his cones and pennies to yet another club for 2 or 3 years.

He had his way of teaching, coaching, and communicating and he would not listen to someone who tried to make him change those traits. ECNL does have a way of developing soccer players and they want their clubs to do it that way. DV did not care who was telling him what to do, whether it was ECNL or a college coach, he was not going to change how he did his job. For those reasons, and shoving RB in Atlanta, he was shown the door. OK, he left on his own.
