He is gone because he is not the leader they want to run their ECNL program. He was caught in too many lies about too many things. Basically he showed his true colors and the BOD's finally stood up and questioned him. He knew he was caught so he moved on to yet another job elsewhere. Remember, this guy has not held a job for longer than three years at St Leo, USF, and now Brandon. Yes, that would be a trend.

Mac is not going anywhere and neither are the other coaches in the ECNL program. They should be relieved now that RB is gone. I know the players are relieved as they despised RB as he talked to them like they were pieces of trash. There was absolutely no respect between the players and RB.

Now you can go on believing RB was leaving for another job, but I know otherwise. The BOD put pressure on him to come clean about some things but he knew he was caught so he slithered out the door once again.

Yep no one walks away in his high and mighty ECNL position willingly right when the season is about to begin, and without even giving a proper good bye. It's obvious to everyone what has happened. No need to guess here. We all can see for ourselves what has happened.

I feel bad for RB losing his job. I also feel bad for my daughter because RB had college contacts. I hear that BP is isn't working with the ECNL teams so the college contacts are gone. MM doesn't know the coaches and can't run a practice unless you are just going to warm up and cool down. I hope the board has a plan for college contacts.

The important question is how does this affect the program, the girls, the club? Will this make the club and ECNL program better?

Another concern for the state of Florida is that the only 2 clubs with ECNL are having serious issues. Not that all clubs don't have their share as well. BUT when you are on the spot light, your issues are magnified.

DV and RB were the jokes. They needed to go. WFF is cleaning house.

When clubs merge change happens. WFF made a change they feel is in the best interest of the club. There will not be a mass exodus like at OCYS. #moving forward

HM had a following because he's a straight shooter. Coaches, parents and players have come to that full understanding and support him. RB will walk with his cones and pennies to yet another club for 2 or 3 years.

Players nor coaches will follow RB.

DV was just not a good communicator. A least when DV told you something it was never a lie. But he could be brutally honest. He was not one to be told how to do things when it came to soccer. He had his way of teaching, coaching, and communicating and he would not listen to someone who tried to make him change those traits. ECNL does have a way of developing soccer players and they want their clubs to do it that way. DV did not care who was telling him what to do, whether it was ECNL or a college coach, he was not going to change how he did his job. For those reasons, and shoving RB in Atlanta, he was shown the door. OK, he left on his own.

RB was a liar from the word go. He tried to be someone that he wasn't and never will be and that is a leader. He was not a leader in any sense of the word. He had no integrity and no respect from his peers. Players loathed him, or at least senior and past players did. He lied one too many times to the BOD and they finally had enough. He was shown the door. OK, he left on his own too.

RB might be a perfect fit at OCYS.

Alan H and RB are friends

The club is in complete turmoil now with the season starting this weekend. Now the parents should stay away and let the staff do there job without your being in the trainers or coaches ear all the time.

RB was a lier ...ok, but DV was a great guy and a great coach, BL wanted the power and now he is bringing his puppets, English guys of course, BL now is making more than 90K. Bye Palm Harbor bye East Lake and good luck Brandon, there are no good teams left at the West campus anymore, from having 48 teams last year now they only have 18 teams and all of them suck
