then Boca United class of 2016 has 9 girls with college commitments. Sunrise has none.

But in the class of 2017 Sunrise has 5 commitments. Boca United has 1.

the BU 2017 commit plays on the u18 team, so not on the u17 team

Last year the current U17 team ended the season in first place in the Florida Premier League.

We were asked to join one of these teams but decided to wait to see how it went. Looking like we made a good decision at this point but with the switch to calendar year-based groups, we are keeping our options open for next year. Would like to learn more about these teams.

ECNL teams are assigned which Showcases they will attend. The team submits their preferences but in the end they are assigned. Go look at the team's playing in Sanford. Some of them are in last place in their conference. Some haven't even started their season yet.

People are observing your program from afar and that is ok.
So far things aren't going well but you don't need to attack a person who is giving an honest assessment of the Boca situation.

There have been a few Boca parents that have been coming on TS bragging about ECNL this and ECNL that to such a nauseating level that has opened their program up for criticism.
Now that the results are coming in and the club is struggling there are those that are punching back with their own overbearing comments to the negative.

Maybe if the Boca officials and parents show some humility and reach out to other players and clubs then they might get some needed help,

I don't recall seeing anything on TS that remotely resembled bragging by Boca parents. If anything it's been outsiders coming to their defense against the bashing. I only wish BU the best of luck. They know they've got an uphill battle. I fail to see what anyone has to gain by the constant bashing.

This is exactly why no one wants to leave the good club they're with currently to play with BU just for the sake of claiming "we got the ECNL and you do not !"
No one wants to play for a losing proposition especially when college coaches are watching.
BU somehow was granted auto acceptance to Disney Showcase and will get embarrassed.

13 y/o little girls want to play on a team with their friends. That's the kind of choices they make at they age. And you know what? That's a normal thing.
