Even Colgate received 2 votes, so I wouldn't put much stock in the nether regions of this poll. Remember that BC handily defeated Colgate a few weeks ago.

How is that "important"? BC doing well is good for the region. They attract top teams and play in a top league. They provide a benchmark to which local players can aspire. They inspire thousands of girls a year. We should want them competitive.

That's right. EVERYONE should be a BC fan.

Or at minimum supportively nuetral. BC is the areas top team and most successful NCAA entrant, fielding many of the areas top players in the nations top conference. I would rather cheer than trash them.
