The Bolts never really had a choice. If they did not take the DAP they would have died. The problem with the Bolts is their product. The coaching is mediocre, the DAP is a hot-head and not very mature, and the cost per amount of training is not good. If they were to provide multiple days (the norm is now 3+) of training then they would have a better product. I am not just saying for the DAP teams, but for all their teams. Instead they put huge emphasis on the DAP teams and made it clear that the rest were there to support the DAP. This is a bad decision by the DOC and the BOD. As for the BOD, their kids have gone through the system and gained from it. I do wonder what a realy business person not connected to the club would think of their system.
