Another full time director has left. That's 3 in the past 12 months.

So since June they have lost RC, ZK, GV and now MH.

MH might be a big problem with CSU

As many as he comes into contact with. He is the one constant in the mess that has defined CU, Stingrays and now CSU.

They have been getting rid of quality coaches and directors since the CU-Stingrays merger and will continue to lose good players in the process.

CSU have had a decent 12 months. Their younger teams are generally weak and unless they build a stronger foundation they'll struggle with the emergence of Coastal. The staff that have left were largely responsible for growing the club. They need to be replaced very quickly, or they could be in serious decline.
