They are still a destination club and they are in better position than many clubs in CT. I would agree that Beachside is the weakest of the Big 4. Only one with no girls program and no facility. That makes them the worst of the best. I also believe they will struggle in future years as will Oakwood as non MLS DA clubs. For right now they are a top 4.

Good call on Sporting. On the girls' side, it's even money that they beat an FSA NPL team of the same age on any given day. Give a good game to any of the overrated ECNL teams, too. It would seem that OW stopped playing Sporting to avoid the comparison.

Sporting’s 04 team lost by 7 to an FSA 04 team that lost all but 1 league game last year. No, they cannot hang with ECNL teams.
