Lie down with dogs you get fleas. So stupid. They have to clear out the trash up there if they hope to save their party. This has always been the risk with Trump, he has no ethics, no morals and no principles other than narcissism. They can let him off in the Senate, but it will be like OJ.

45 did it.
That is really not up for debate unless you are calling the White House Chief of Staff and the 45's personal lawyer lairs. His personal attorney has admitted quid pro quo multiple times and his chief of staff told us they did it and "we need to get over it". So the only real question is "Should a president, enlist a foreign power, by coercion or intent, to circumvent our constitutional democratic process?" I say no. Is it impeachable - Yes, it is.
Should he be removed from office, Yes but for the second and far more important article, obstruction of Congress.
No other president, no other administration, has so thoroughly and completely middle fingered the rule of law. The republicans testified during the Watergate hearings, The democrats testified for the impeachment of Clinton. Without a rule of law we have nothing and for that 45 should be removed.
The thing is all, the 45 supporters will keep deflecting and "what about"ing, but at the end of the day they know he is guilty of both charges, it is, on its own merit indefensible and they simply don't give a "F" about this country or rule of law as long as their 401K is doing well.
After all, these god fearing, church going, deficit hawk, strong on defense conservatives have elected and will support to the death a president that has; exponentially increased the deficit, is working on his third trophy wife, paid off the hooker he slept with while his third trophy wife was pregnant, couldn't quote a sentence out of the Bible, never attends church, has shown the compassion and moral leadership of a grapefruit, is almost daily abusive and cruel on his toxic twitter feed, has supporter white nationalist and undeniable racists, abandoned the Kurds (our allies for decades) to genocide destroying ANY credibility we had in the Middle East, fawns over vile and evil dictators and has the vocabulary, intellect and vision of a moon rock. But hey, the stock market hit a new high MAGA!!!!
Our standing in the world is an allies punch line, our freedom of the press has been relentlessly attacked and now our rule of law has been pissed on. Our leaders in the senate are compromised, but that is the price "conservatives" are willing to pay to get back at those libtards that want clean air, a sustainable planet, compassion for the poor and health care for everyone who needs it.
See the thing is whenever Libtards dispute your arguments (with those things called facts) you come back with personal insults and a F U attitude. Because you don't want a government by the people and for the people, you just want to get "even" to all those "people" you perceive have done you wrong. You are a mean and twisted angry man and you should see help - if you can afford it you know, no free rides for those that need help, right ?

Took some pretty hard cracks to Title 52 of the USC as well.
But abuse of power and violating the oath of office are also impeachable even if no statutory crime has been committed.
