The Bolts are led by an outdated BOD that lacks creativity and may not understand some realities. the website is the least of the issues. Truth is, if you pay little you might not get much more than 'little' in regard to practice time and training. If you pay a lot (ie Bolts) but get little then it is a problem. The Bolts do not, for the youth, offer any more (in fact less) than other clubs. They should merge with a stronger club defined by personnel and offer the DAP as a bargaining chip. No one is in need of or enamored with the Ainscough group.
