Well one thing is fairly clear, the clubs ARE using social media AND this forum to broadcast their marketing messages. The disturbing thing about how the Stars do it is they attack people instead ideas.

No it's not clear at all. The only thing that is clear are your continuous statements that this is so, and that TS is all about "marketing messages." You wrote about that long ago. YOU use it in your diabolical marketing roadshow. And the person who engages you the most does not even have a faint affiliation with Stars. And are you claiming that you attack "ideas and not people" or organizations. LOL. As they say "nothing could be further from the truth." Case in point...your post right there above...and you just told us yesterday you're almost a fan and defender of Stars. Remember your two long posts you quoted yesterday as evidence of your Stars love??

Do you actually deny that those tweets don't sound remarkably similar to the "high school soccer sucks" campaign that has been going on here on TS for the better part of the last year. Even a blind man could draw the line between the two but apparently no one else is supposed to. Just like they weren't supposed to draw a line when the same club was discouraging ODP and selling the virtues of the ECNL. That club's marketing messages are all over this place as are those of the other clubs trying to counter them. Don't pretend everyone is an idiot here.
