Thanks for the kind words. KUA gave us a great battle two weeks ago (though I wish their AD had done a better job scheduling the weather!) And Holderness Day is a fabulous tradition, and a great way to end our season. Good luck to both teams tonight (and to the players taking the SAT tomorrow)!

BTW Tabor's colors are Maroon and Black, with White away jerseys.
Thanks to all the folks who have posted positive comments. So far, this is a lot more mature and classy than the ISL thread, with the exception of the guy who took the anonymous potshots at the WA parent. Guess there's one in every crowd. Let's see if the civil discourse can continue...
You are welcome here even if your daughter's team is 0-5-0. Lots of good stuff to discuss without bragging on our kids (or bashing other peoples' kids).
That being as it may, good luck to Tabor this year. Maybe it is your year but it looks like you are going to have to go through either Govs, Lawrence, or Rivers to claim the crown.
To help you with your discussion, here is the way Class B is shaping up. The devil is going to be in the schedule. In the ISL, Rivers normally plays the hardest early season schedule and then things level out for them. They have already played Govs, Andover, Groton, and WA. They have Brooks, LA and Nobles yet to play but they are spaced out pretty evenly. Lawrence usually has the killer part of their schedule towards the end of the season when they face Brooks, Nobles, and Rivers right in a row. In addition to those teams they still have Govs and Groton still on their schedule. They really haven't played anyone so far but an under rated Milton team whom they lost to. The Govs schedule is also fairly weak at the beginning and tough at the end. So far the only tough team that they have played is Rivers. They still have to play LA and then have Nobles, Brooks, Groton, and Milton one after another to basically end the season. Looking at the other contenders, Tabor doesn't have as many tough games on their schedule as one of the contenders from the ISL. Their toughest games are against Brooks, Pomfret and WA and the rest are against fairly mediocre competition. They could easily run the table but will they be battle tested enough is going to be the question. The real dark horse is Promfret. They probably play one of the toughest schedules in Class B. They have Tabor, Nobles, WA, Groton, on their schedule plus games against some tough class A teams like Choat and Deerfield. I wouldn't count them out at all.

I applaud the effort you put into the above chart. (I know how much work is involved, as I've done the same thing). But there is some confusion about which teams are actually in Class B.
You are using listing found on the NEPSAC website. However, the 2013 NEPSWSA Coaches' Handbook shows a slightly different grouping, with 4-2-0 Suffield and 4-1-2 Groton listed in Class B and Convent of the Sacred Heart nowhere to be found. Our coach has advised us that the Handbook is correct, so for now I am counting Suffield as #5, Groton as #6. and Pomfret as #7. (Like Groton, they are 4-1-2 overall, but only 1-1-0 in Class B, vs. 1-0-1 for Groton).
The handbook can be found here: http://www.nepsac.org/sites/nepsac.r...13Handbook.pdf

Here's another shot. Moved Groton up to 5 because they have the 4th win and only 1 loss.

Why don't you guys really settle this and post the college destinations of all of your wonderful schools' grads (athlete and non-athlete)? Pink Hat Dad is obviously chomping at the bit to tell us what "fabulous" school his kid will be attending. As an aside, anyone have directions to the debutante ball tonight?

From the website -- "a large number of our students commute from Boston, Brookline, Newton and Wellesley."

That is a VERY impressive list. Many of the NESCAC's are as difficult as the Ivies to gain admission to, so the school, the students and the parents should be justifiably proud.
As for the troll: Since Winsor is a day school, I'm not where else he thinks the students would commute from. (Maybe from the trailer next to his in the trailer park?)

Hey PHD (Pink Hat dad)
careful, don't get snarkey with the trailer comment or this thread will dissolve into jabs and counter jabs, and nothing to do with soccer.
get back to classy and ignore those that bait you.
