Hard to win a game that you don't get to play because of a rainout

Look at U-18 boys Boca can't win a game all year but just because they are in PLE they are seeded #1. What a Joke this seeding is. HAHAHAHA
The U-17 State Cup Finalist from last year don't even play in any FYSA league, they played NPL and get 0 points.

O boy. Gotta play in a "FYSA league" to qualify for state cup. Ur finalist probably play both NPL and in an approved "league".

Just because you play in the rain now and again does not mean that this weekend field was playable. Have you considered player safety? Just because you expect games to be played while it's sprinkling outside your cave does not mean that it's sprinkling everywhere else. Do you think that they really want to cancel games with no rain dates and SC schedules coming out next week?

If they played the games, you will come on here and complain that they put the players health at risk by playing under tremendous rain and lightening. It is Florida and welcome to our weather. It's called act of mother nature. Go sue GOD lol

this can qualify you for SC; it does not provide for any seeding points however. you have to play in FYSA league to obtain those.

That sounds like too much math for BB.

maybe not. Per National Championship rules, you still have to play against at least 3 different opponents in an "interclub" league. If that didn't happen, the league play does not meet the National requirements for qualification.

You were right; apparently this was too much math for BB. How unfair was it to leave the standings as is when teams all played a different number of games? Quality leagues do exactly what poster above suggested. That way teams aren't penalized if they are not able to play all their games. Another fine job by BB and FYSA.

                                5. Standings as of March 1, 2015 will be used in determining the champion to receive the seed
** For the 2014-15 seasonal year, modifications for date and # of teams in divisions will be waived as
leagues have already formulated divisions for the year.

This is the first year FYSA is using seeding in this way. Guarantee that league play for 2015-2016 will ensure that all games are played before March 1st now. The first year of new rules always has a few issues.
