Overall TBu was probably the strongest team in the state this year. Politics prevented Clearwater from rostering and more of these players then they did. Some very good players were left off the team, or forced to play npl team.

Because CLW develops it's own players. It doesn't rely on other clubs to properly train them and then try and poach them. If they don't have the space there is no spot open to take.

Your system for rating coaches has many flaws. First, you don't know if players are injured, sick, left the team etc... Second, while everyone wants to win games for the U14 DA teams it is about developing players and they are not supposed to sacrifice development for winning therefore they may be trying a different system, players in different positions, to either challenge the player or because of an injury to another player, etc... Simply stated there are too many external factors that someone not on the coaching staff would not know about that could affect a teams performance.

Understood there are always variables with EVERY team. Only one team does not have these variables. Development is getting the "bench" players to develop too. Development is moving players around. In DA all clubs should have same type of development practices. Overall comparing the the first half year results to second half year results is as good an object evaluation method as any. All have some flaws, but tell me a better objective method. Objective, not subjective. Measurable.
