Pure and simple. Eventually, like any business who does not take care of its clients - clients go elsewhere.
OC u11/u12 boys and girls all in the final 4 of region cup. No other club in central Florida is even close to OC. Clearly at the younger ages OC is producing.

Great job OC. Next try-out times please post these results and also the practice days and time in hours they get to achieve such great results.

That may also make one wonder why older age groups lack in results? Something is backwards?

Nothing is backwards... OCYS is doing a fantastic job developing the players. Super impressed by the kids there, as well as the staff. Our coach is completely dedicated and all of the staff have been wonderful and attentive. I think we all knew it was going to take a few years for City to become established. Results are there- the younger players are being developed by OCYS on the boys and girls sides. Very happy at City.

Before you have an orgasm over the supposed development of the older ages please review team accomplishments since beginning of season for u15 and above and notice that these teams are actually getting worse rather than improving. State Cup is coming out and if any of these teams make it out of the 2nd round it will be an absolute miracle. You cannot practice 2 days a week and perform at any type of high level.

OC has a player currently on the US National Team Roster for u17, u16, and a few in the pool for u15 on the boys side. Development has been and will continue to take place at all the age groups. State cup is completely secondary in the academy structure. However, a lot of the top purple teams from u14-18 are still producing good players.

You just named a player that just recently moved to Orlando and shows Port Chester NY as his hometown. Even in November when he was part of the US roster he listed New York Soccer Club as his club. The OC DA team lists him, but he doesn't show that he has played in a game, now he is off to the US residency program so will he ever play a game for OC? This is the guy you are telling that OC developed?

They have already beaten all the u13 teams in the area as well. They won the u13 league and u13 developmental FPL league. What do you want them to do or expect from them. What U12 team in Florida is better than ocys?

u15 and U16 OCYS boys seem to be doing quite well.

It's called national recruiting. At OC, there is life after club soccer.

The kid you speak about is the son of the owner of OC MLS team.

You should go back and read more, this was a response to a poster that was touting what a great job OC was doing developing players, and then named a U17 national player that has never played a game with OC, and up until at least November still listed New York Soccer Club as his home club.

OC has 10 players boys and girls on various youth national teams. What other club in the state can say that and in central Florida all the other clubs are a joke.
