Friday night, most of the games were cancelled due to heavy rains and wind.
As for results, can only speak for my daughter's CT ODP U17 team.
Tied PA-West 1-1 and beat Delaware 5-0. Supposedly, PA West tied Virginia, as did Delaware. If that is true, then the CT. U17 girls won the friendlies title in their age group. -

As a parent on the sidelines, I have to be honest and say that I think the quality of ODP has gone down. The ODP players were good, not great. Only saw 2-3 players the whole weekend, that really stood out.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post

The years we went down, there were never college coaches. Thats not the venue for it anyway, its really to play against other states. Even back then, not all kids participated in ODP, so you never could a true picture of what state developed the best talent. Now, you definetly do not get what the talent pool is like in the state through ODP as the path for identification is changing.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

Generally, because the games are friendlies, they are not posted on gotsoccer. I do agree that it would be nice to see how the CT. ODP age groups did against other states.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment
