oh no, he is there. That is what is so sad. He is a desk clerk, an analyst. You will not see him on the fields on a consistent basis working with the coaches directly. That is the problem. He feels and always has he can communicate via email. He asks the coach to come to him and present the concern or problem. He solves it with Kimet?! LOL.

Think about it. This is year # 2, or actually 2.5. If his system, his idealogy, his methodology is the best we will see DRAMATIC improvement this year with all teams. Especially in the younger age groups, where he has said his system 100% works. So u10-11-12 the WPU teams should be the best in the state right?

The club only sucks now because the BOD allowed the DOC to destroy it while paying him $70,000 per year. What a joke. Is he ever at the fields? Can he communicate in English? Has the club improved? We all know the answers so more talent will be leaving again.
