She is new, give her a couple of years to put her stamp on the program. Those leaving most likely made their decision based on the last several seasons.

The quicker every non DA club accepts their role in American soccer the better. The goal of neighborhood clubs should be to develop for the DA's, not attempt to compete against them.

When you have the pool of rec players/program that FH has, you should have two teams for every age group, even with the natural attrition to the other neighboring clubs, i.e.-WFF, Chargers, TBU by the better players.
This is not Dunedin or Oldsmar, where the population base/demographics are such that they scramble to field even 10 teams total. FH has the large base to pull from to be able to have the volume of teams for each age group.
FH will be fine & is a great program for some players. For the players that strive to get better, play in more competitive leagues & have aspirations of playing after high school, then another larger program is a much better fit.
This is not unique to this area & this is nothing new. The attrition by the better players to other larger clubs will continue to happen & it should in a free market.
Again, not knocking FH, but it is the way the system is set up, for better or worse. As soon as FH acknowledges what it is & embraces that, the little sister syndrome will go away.

SHE, is the reason there will be even more leaving next year as it will be the first year to really see her flex her sideways mouth. SHE and the little man will kill the club and with the addition of the new fields WFF will argue with the county that FH is not using them and WFF will have teams/practices on FH fields in two years.

Whoever you are, your post is disgusting! You must have many shortcomings yourself to have to personally attack other people.

While I don't agree with the tone of the previous poster regarding the leadership, I also have to give some pushback on the best shape the club has ever been in. There was a mass exodus of players & teams from last year, think up whatever reason you want as to why that happened, so be it.
Needless to say, FH can't have another tryout year in 2015 or the club will not have teams in several age brackets.

What I meant to say & did a bad job of explaining is that FH can't have another bad year with regards to losing players at the tryouts in 2015. You can't spin this year any way but awful, it was a blood bath in terms of loss of both number of teams & players.
As another poster earlier in the thread indicated, with the REC program, FH will always have a large enough pool of players to have a Select program, but whether it is competitive or not, is another story.
