    BU14- Top Teams 2015/1016

So here it is, the "transfer window" has settled. Many boys have switched clubs and leagues, a few have moved on to DAP and others have stayed where they were. Who do you see as the emerging BU14 talent this upcoming year? GPS NPL 01/02 has lost a crucial nucleus of players but managed to backfill the team with good talent. Valeo 01/02 remains pretty much the same but will be playing strictly in EDP this year. Stars NPL who's only highlight last season was squeaking out a 2-1 win against powerhouse GPS NPL, lost a couple of players and don't see them making any waves. Aztec NPL? PTUSA? (Maple) FC Mass?(League TBD)
    Blazers? (Region1/Maple).

Still see GPS NPL as the frontrunners this year. Yes, they lost a few key players but still have a very talented supporting cast and players that can step up and contribute in a major way.
Do not see anyone even coming close to them. Unfortunately for GPS, it will mean another exodus of players after season end to Academy soccer. Those other teams mentioned above, they are non factors.

What does FC Mass TBD mean? Aren't they an NEP team?

I highly doubt that. They may still do better in wins and losses but I don't think the team will dominate like they did last year.

Based on the now-released schedule, it looks like FC Mass is not playing in the NPL--they are staying in the NEP Premiership. Difficult to count them as a top team if they are not playing in the top division available to them.

It would be hard for any team to duplicate the domination of that team from last year. Even so, the NEFC team was a consistently tough out for them last year. If GPS lost some good players, I would expect NEFC to draw closer.

Did NEFC lose players to Revs?
Will the Valeo girl still play at U14 or go to Breakers?
Any team switches. Valeo to GPS? GPS to NEFC?

NEFC mid who played up is now on the Revs. Too bad GPS never played the full Valeo team, except in futsal where they totally demolished. Without the DAP four not even close, second best is probably NEFC.

Based on last year's results. NEFC managed a draw with GPS very early on but then GPS dominated every single subsequent encounter, many blowout wins and shutouts. NEFC will not be in the top three. Especially with CB out as coach and his "park the bus" philosophy.

You people will not be able to witness the U14 Valeo team, their amazing possession style play and individual mastery of ball technique. IMO, the most talented pool of players in the region are on this team. Go Valeo!! GPS ain't got nothin'!! Play the same teams 10 times over in that NPL thing.

Tired of listening to the GPS DAP four or whatever three, good for them. Who cares? Everyone makes them sound like the next MLS Homegrown signings.

Nope, the separation of the leagues will not be possible for you idiots to witness the top boys U14 team in the region. Not joking at all. Valeo currently has the very ,very best of the 14 boys age group, bar none. You will see.

Valeo have revolutionalized Massachusetts youth soccer. Fully funded from U15 on. Similar to MLS Academy Youth programs.
