Have to agree that most talented Freshman and Sophs need time to adjust. The most important thing as mentioned previously is if they have good Juniors and Seniors to support them even if they are not the most talented players. It seems like the ISL this year may be more competitive across the board. It appears MA has most returning talent but they have also lost several seniors. I think coaching could make a big difference this year.
Any Info on BH, SM??

Did not see many players on Brooks from the past few season that would indicate that one talented Soph would make them the top team in the league. Brooks does play a tough physical game and I am sure he could help get them in the mix if he is as talented as advertised. Still a month away from preseason camps and Captains practices just getting underway so it will be interesting to see how it all pans out.

I don't think the addition of one player is going to move the needle for Brooks or anybody else. MA, LA and Nobles would still look to be at the top even with some losses to graduation. From the outside, it would appear things would be tighter this year. But the fact is most of us have no idea who has brought into the teams- some teams you can look at the remaining roster and last year's JV, while other teams could have completely reloaded. I'd still put my money on the 3 mentioned above, but somebody reloaded in the "free agent" market, we just don't know who it is (and whether it's 6 good players from a local club team or 3 nasty players from overseas).

AS FROM GPS u15's headed to brooks
Good player but not speedy. He will get eaten up at left back by most teams with pace. Not sure why the chirping so early! Don't be so silly AS, the ISL ISNT HIGH SCHOOL BALL. you are better off entering Brooks quietly. Let your physical play speak for itself.

Agree with MA and LA at the top. Agree to early to really know much. Nobles lost some good players and usually seem to have a difficult time against good teams regardless of talent. Could be some surprises this year. Should be an interesting year for ISL. No real
senior/junior superstars. A lot of solid players
Some schools have preseason camps for 2-3 days. The coaches are not allowed to coach their own players during these camps. (ISL RULES) Captain practices are organized by the captains of each team and are informal workouts. Not sure if all the schools do them.

BBN have a great returning core built around a great keeper, BS, a strong backline and a talented MF. If DM and JW and create offense they will be stellar. Nobles loses DA but retruns the twins and MM, WC, and AG. Milton lost some keys players but returns an awesome senior class led by LV, AB, SQ, JO, and LL. LA should again be strong with a good goalie, solid backline and MB and AH in the midfield. RL, BH, Brooks, and others should compete but be a few gets away or just too young.

I hope you appreciated watching AK and TD last year. Because the league is going to be poor without them.
