I would have Gonk ahead of Wachu, but other than that, I think that's the most accurate top 10 so far

Actually they are most likely winning becuase they have one of the highest goals per game average in cmass and one the lowest goals against average in cmass

Catholic conference sucks this year. Xaverian is going to make districts as second place team with a losing record.

                    So whats your point?

I think his point was to not look into that result too much as SJP is having a down year, along with the rest of the catholic conference.

And SJS is way up this year 16-1 - only loss was 1-0 to South (keeper played out of his mind) they came back and beat South 3-0 in rematch

Interesting on the GAA - when you look at the top teams with low GAA – Westboro, GD, Gonk, SJ and South. All have good club goalies in net except SJ. I don’t think he has ever seen a soccer field until this year.

SJ keeper excellent athlete - getting better every game - only a Junior - as they start 8 Juniors 1 freshman and 2 seniors

Actually they start anywhere from 2-4 seniors on the field, although generally 3 seniors. There are 2 goal keepers at SJ and neither had seen duty as a keeper on a varsity soccer team prior to this season. They had been sharing the duties equally until the senior keeper was injured. Their best played game, against Wachusett featured 4 seniors starting on the field.

The team will have talent next year but the leadership of the current juniors captains will sorely miss this year's senior captain. Hoping that they continue to play as a team. Kind of fun to not have districts decided before the end of the season!
