2015 New England Division I College Soccer Predictions

Any early predictions for the upcoming seasons?

Providence College was a Final Four team last season with a lot of returners. BC reloaded with some top recruits while BU finished last season with the conference regular season title thanks to MLS player Badji. Harvard had their fair share of wins while Northeastern made a run to the semi-finals in their conference. Looks like NU has an excellent recruiting class.

Any info on Umass Dartmouth? Brown? UNH? UVM? UConn?

PC lost some key players - Fabio Machado, Naglestad, Towler and their goalie. Be tough to repeat last year's success.

      UMass Dartmouth is Div. 3.
UMass Amherst & Lowell are Div. 1.
Did you leave off a question mark separating Umass & Dartmouth?

      Remember, improper punctuation can kill

Thank God TS has punctuation police to make corrections.

I think the most intriguing squad will be Northeastern. Big youth movement last season. Will that pay off this year?

Heard NU brought in a crazy number of freshman for this year - ten maybe?

I see 8 2015's and 2 2016's. Looks like if the Sophs don't get it done, the Freshman move in.

BU lost 8 Sr's and 1 transfer including 14 of 29 goals scored. They have a great goalie who started two years ago and a handful of other starters to build around. They will need a few new kids to step up to match last year's regular season PL crown.

BC lost 9 seniors but no one that could not be easily replaced. This is year three of a previous youth movement and the question will be how this veteran team can compete in the unforgiving ACC. All the pieces are there.

                              The last two are men.
