agree but Pines will need to be checking their shoulders a lot to see when Egbo is checking. He will need his defense to tell them this too. Otherwise he will be chasing shadows..and it's not just Egbo, Akron has too many attacking threats. They remind me of Atlanta yesterday vs Portland.

they don't have a lethal striker like Josef M though but have generally a very strong mid and offense. Hard to believe they are unseeded.

Sorry but you haven't been watching if you don't realize how dangerous Egbo is.

He is a natural finisher but you can't compare him to Martinez! and he doesn't play striker.

Surprised that MD is actually getting decent chances. Definitely better than Michigan state

Akron not as composed as they usually are on the transition

Hope they interview Akron head coach at the half

Maryland seems like the better team so far. I would go at the left back Gaspar in the 2nd half if I were Akron. He likes to play physical but is sitting on a card.

“Got stretched and they were finding passes to their center forward and thru the lines “

“didn’t move the ball better and quick enough”

“Looking to his center mids Skye and Tojaga to get them going , tighten them up and find their rhythm “
