If you're with the club, ask them.
If you're not with the club, ask them.

Either way, whatever they tell you they will fall short. There aren't many players of college quality at Ginga, and the few who are will be the lowest level programs and no athletic $. They don't go to many events that are well attended by college coaches. Even more so than at the big clubs a Ginga player would need to do almost all the work themselves. Their best hope is to be seen at ID events (that they pay big $ for) or as a walk on.

Don’t kid yourself. You can count on one hand the number of CT kids that are recruited proactively by the college coach. You also have a handful of CFC players who will go to local college coaches by a CFC coach. If you don’t fall into those toe categories (99.8%) you have to do the work. Players who want to be recruited need to be proactive. Email coaches, send them video, tournaments, schedule, ID camps, visits....ECNL and DA are for the best one or two kids on a team. The rest are going small, Division III schools. Some of those are top shelf liberal arts colleges. The others are like Western or Eastern CT.

Puff puff pass. You are clueless. Keep listening to Everson.
CFC Oakwood FSA and Yankee all do a very job job placing players in college. If you think for one second that the club coaches are not facilitating this you are high.

and Ginga's track record is? Crickets....

Players do most of the heavy lifting. Clubs help you figure out where to focus, maybe make a few phone calls. That's about it.

They can teach you to waiter with the sole of your foot. Also how to wear softball shorts to the beach

You are to cute. My daughter has been actively recruited by a dozen coaches. She is not the best player on he DA team.

Actively recruited from an unpaid assistant from Eastern Nazarene must be exhilarating.

Not only that but what matters is what you get in the end. Getting ID invites and having a few conversations with coaches is part of the process. Coaches talk with lots of players before slimming it down to offers. You should be talking to lots of programs because you don't know where it will all fall out.

OW players were NPL players not that long ago. The coaches are still the same and are not suddenly more skilled. Other than a couple of stronger teams the rest of the competition in the NE isn't materially better than NPL before (they're playing Seacoast again for Christ sake!). OW performance at national events also demonstrate that they're just not that strong. Ow parents just think that because they're doing ok in the NE the teams are good.

CFC branch players are also recruited by Endicott and West Conn.

Ginda, Beachside, Rush, Ac Ct, Yankee and more keeping there best players. The ECNL myth is over and these regional teams getting the job done.

Once CJSA has a new president in place CFC grasp is over.

Ginga Stock on the rise and deservedly so, Everson is doing the best job in State.

Agree with this post. Ginga, Rush and AC Connecticut have aligned themselves with EDP. Beachside and Yankee girls still not great but have aligned in NPL. Difference between top EDP and NPL Leagues and ECNL or DA is marginal. Pathways and quality coaching are clear and parents and players are realizing there are other great options. AC Connecticut are best club in Western CT, Ginga doing a very good job in Central CT and Rush best club in Eastern CT.

I agree they are good alternatives for kids who can't play in or don't want ECNL or DA. But many can't play in or want to play in college. A few top players from those clubs can land a ok college spot but not many. This latest thread bump was regarding Ginga helping with college.
