If you're talking National teams, there isn't much parity in the women's game compared to the men's. The men are up against it all of time, whereas the women's team has few peers.

Not sure what is so funny. We have grown faster and bigger than any other club in South Florida and setting a higher bar for the quality coaching and player development. We have an outstanding DOC that has experience developing youth programs for MLS Clhbs and most recently spent time directing the IMG Soccer Academy. Predators are the real deal, and for all famlies on TS that are unhappy with your club, I suggest coming over and giving us a look-see.

Just because you are growing faster and bigger does not mean you are growing better. What it does mean is that you are growing bigger.

Also, there is a big difference between working for "MLS Camps" and working for "The MLS"

There is also a big difference between "directing" a program and "selling" a program. IMG is notorious for slapping uniforms on "Coaches", "trainers", "directors" and giving them lists of "prospects" to "recruit".

So parents and players - beware of the hard sell and make sure your son / daughter is ready to commit to a single sport for a full 10 months.

Next, make sure the qualifications of the DOC and coaches are more then wearing a fancy Nike or adidas coaching uniform, yelling at kids with a forieghn accent, and certifications / experience that cannot be verified.

How is this club doing hard sell or recruiting. This club really only have one true good team, a middle of the pack U16 A team (at best). What is the club trying to do.

The younger teams are all good...mid-to-top of the D1 heap, from u11 down...this club is managed well, and has a large Rec program to draw from, but only has a few good coaches, and I don't think they'll be able to stop the loss of talent, primarily to FC Florida...if Wellington hadn't stumbled so badly the past few years, they'd probably not be so far along

Hit or miss in regards to the team / coach you get, but regardless they will see you on the success of a one-off team or player and suck as much money from you as possible. I have a friend who has a couple of kids over at the predators and he was trying to sell be some pop-up banner sponsorship at $500 bucks. Initially I was thinking "what a great idea" selling sponsorships to offset uniform and registration fees / then he told me how much he was paying per kid!@&$)&&))????

The reason players are coming to the predators is because it is a much higher quality program then any other club program in South Florida. Wouldnt be surprised they got USSF DA status in the next couple of years.

The program is a clown show. It is expensive rec to make the idiot parents feel good that their kid is a "travel player".
