The team they are on now is not where she wants to be.
The team that wants her is offering her a chance at bettering herself to become the best player they can be.
I can think of so many scenarios that are detrimental to a player for not being able to move on to the team of their choice that it would take pages to post on TS. Bottom line, there is a reason the top league in the country does not have poaching rules. Players are free to play where they want to play, end of story IMO.

Glorified Rec
So many of these "travel" programs are nothing more than dressing up rec. level players in expensive uniforms and makeing them commit to a full year program with sub-par coaching. When will parents learn? Buyer beware.

Predators higher quality
The reason players are coming to the predators is because it is a much higher quality program then any other club program in South Florida. Wouldnt be surprised they got USSF DA status in the next couple of years.

How many World Cups has the Women's National Team won - 3
When the men start winning then we might assume it is about the boys - until then the girls seem to be dominating
