Naming or appointing a DOC at this time may not be high in the BOD priority list.
Who is doing the training for the teams JC used to train?????
This is an absolute disaster. If you want to get rid of a DOC do it before the season stats not in October. You fooled the parents/players who specially wanted JC as a trainer, do we get our money back if we want to go somewhere else?

Will the club be providing snacks or should we bring our own? Sounds like this meeting might run long.

Questions to b asked at the meeting:
- why was JC fired?
- when was the last general election held? What are the terms they sit on the board?
- what is the plan for a new DOC?
- if none get hired, who is in charge?
- why do we get the constant run around and the stories change every time depending wich BOD u talk to.
- To SJ and AN, when do you resign?
- the club has gone down in numbers, 3 years in a row, why?
- we want to see we're the money went from the club?
Pls add on.

One of the reasons that Oscar's boy team left was because the BOD always treated the girls in the same age group as the golden team. The team the BOD's kids were on. The boys team won their div and their CDL div with no recognition from the club and little training. The girls were always front and center. Hard to believe a club would let a whole team walk.
Several coaches will walk next year with JC gone, the board forgets most of those coaches were brought over by JC and they are loyal

In any case, I wish your club all the luck. You will need it if your trying to remove this BOD. They will not go easily. They will dig in their heels even when they are at fault and be defiant when you ask too many questions or question them on how they run things. Check the FYSA By Laws/Rules and Regulations in reference to clubs who do not follow their own By Laws/Rules and Regulations. They run the risk of losing their FYSA affiliation. If they dig in their heels, file charges with FYSA. You do have cause and FYSA will hear your charges. The kids at this club will benefit with this BOD gone and a fresh start begins. Good Luck at your meeting tomorrow. Not sure what your turn out will be with coaches already telling parents they don't need to go.

As far as the coaches JC brought over, the only thing most of them are loyal to is the money. With JC being gone, some of them stand to make a little more money this year. And you can bet they will do what they have to do to make that money.

The u16g team was improving, and this development came from JC. True only 3-4 impact players and these are not BOD kids. JC took the team over last year from Dimas, the BOD tried to control his decisions too. Ultimately the BOD made the decisiions from who played what position, who sat, and even who made the team. My kid was always on the 'B' team, and when came time for tryouts never had a chance to make the 'A' team because these decisions were ultimately made by the BOD, tryouts were a farce and promises were made to bring over a group of girls from PC long before tryouts even began. I was not aware, of this and could not believe that this is how little respect these BOD had for the players and parents at their own club. They offered free soccer to many players to get them over and simply disregarded anything they saw at tryouts. We left, took my kid to another club. Any coach that takes this team will quickly realize that they have no control, can not sit the BOD kids and can not give them corrections. Basically, AN and SJ are the coaches, just do it from behind the scene.
