Djamesley Leveille made his first court appearance Wednesday morning and faces child solicitation charges.

He is a coach with the Boynton Knights.

The child is a player on the traveling soccer team.

Deputies say the teen joined in August and had additional coaching with Leveille.

Deputies say a few weeks ago, the teen became ill and went to the hospital, and texted Leveille to let him know she wouldn't be attending practice.

The teen told deputies shortly after texting the coach, she received a Kik message from a profile with the name "Nay Brown", who identified herself as the coach's sister.

The victim said she received a Kik message on November 12th at 3 a.m. from Leveille, pretending to be his sister, asking for a nude photo.

The teen reported the incident to staff.

Deputies arrested Leveille Tuesday, whom they say admitted to creating the Kik profile "Nay Brown" and texting with the teen.

He is charged with child solicitation.

This is on the club website's home page and don't forget NJ (who is listed on several teams) was charged with DUI, so they are a club in serious trouble.

"Please keep in mind that this is based on the expectation of players coming in for specific age groups. If we get more players in certain ages then we will assign a qualified coach for that age group before the season starts.

Reminder that we are a club based program! Players sign with the club and not specific coach or team. Players can be moved from group to group throughout the club. These decisions & player evaluations are made by our Knights professional coaching staff and will be determined by the individual player’s level of play, commitment, attitude and more. This system is put into place to create a positive but competitive environment for the players."

    POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT? HA!

U8-U10, if players make their age group pool, they will be assigned to their specific teams only after the first couple of weeks of training in August. This is done to give a more accurate assessment.

Who da DOC done runoff alllllll da good coaches?

Typical responses from Boynton Knights Parents. The DOC should see inappropriate behaviors in his coaches. A perv doesn't do this behind closed doors only. I'm sure he has done or acted inappropriately prior to this. This is the real world folks, not AYSO land, where everything is bright, beautiful and positive.

Wow. Harsh but true. This is why a good parent coach is usually the best option. Parents know how to handle kids and how to appropriately behave with kids. Are there exceptions, absolutely, but more times than not, a person, especially a young person will not know how to properly behave with kids.

There are parents from that team that witnessed him behaving inappropriately by getting too close and goofing around with them and giving them gifts. The head coach didn't see this nor did the DOC? Give me a break. The DOC is the softest person around and would never start any conflict because he would not know how to handle it. This has been going on for a while but was never addressed by the head coach or DOC. They have to take some responsibility.

And there is no way to catch a first time child molester or any first time criminal since . . . it's their first time. By definition no previous incident will be available to identify them.

yeah because no parent has ever been arrested and convicted of inappropriate behavior with children

Kids should never be left alone with their coach. Ever.

I agree to a point. A good parent coach is an ok option only if he doesn't have a child on the team he or she is coaching. They normally favor their own child and give them all the game play time they want.

Isn't this happening on the u14 girls team.
The dad is the coach and they have another dad as the assistant coach after this interesting fiasco. Both have daughters playing on the team.

i believe its time for you to close up shop.
Its best for you move on to another club and just become a sideline spectator.
Your uninspiring words of wisdom and passing the blame to others(except yourself) is getting really old very fast.

If you do decided to leave, please take the DOC.
This would help us finally hire a true DOC that knows how to run a soccer club and fix all his mistakes, does not promote his indoor soccer business and hire questionable coaches.

Only this had nothing to do with physical contact. Plenty of adults have been caught in social media/electronic child porn stings that never did any physical harm.

As others pointed out you have to get caught to have a record. Also employers have their hands tied most times on what they can and cannot say about former employees and giving references. How many times have there been similar stories and everyone is shocked that the person they knew would do such a thing?

What an absurd statement. There are thousand of youth coaches in this country and countless worldwide who don't have children but are excellent coaches and, more importantly, outstanding human beings. Having children doesn't make you a qualified coach nor does it insure children's well being.
