Rutgers lost more key players than UConn. A 1-1 tie to Providence signals Rutgers is not as strong as last year.

UConn relies on 3 All League, All American, arguably, US National Team level players. 2 scorers and a goalie. All 3 carried the team last year and barring injury, should do so again this year.

Top teams, like BC when they were a national force, roster and rely on this level talent. UConn had some down years, but are back in the national discussion.

2 players not enough no matter how great they are. BU shut them down for 88 minutes. Uconn over rated despite those top end players.

You clearly didn't see the game. UConn outshot BU 14-6, and controlled the play. BU faded as the game progressed. Pretty sure they win in OT, but no need with late, well deserved goal.

Rutgers goalie is redshirting. Armstrong still at UConn.

You were right. Rutgers is not as strong as last year. They only thumped UConn 2-0, instead of 4-0.

Congrats to the Huskies for playing a College Cup team. Let's see how BC does against 0-3 BU.

Rutgers has 67000 students overall and their coach is DOC of PDA - they'd better be able to find talent.
BU struggling so far this year.
