Nope, Lard ***** can't take over anyone's spot, and coach puts him in just to appease parents and to keep their wallets open! And, yes, every time Lard ***** plays, the team loses or ties. So instead of griping, put Lard ***** on a diet, get private lessons, make sure he wants this…..because the others (Little Johnny and Billy) really want this and get tired of busting their buts, so L. ***** can get his ten minutes!

There is no entitlement factor here, actually, quite the contrary. For there are no issues that not all players are at equal level of play, and there are no issues when all players give all that they can, and no one can deny a brilliant player that comes from a family with financial strains, but there becomes resentment when parents and players demand full playing time when all they are really there for is the, "Sunday social!"

all together. What is the best way to tell them to chill out.
