I really don't care, but for factual clarity, the NEFC U18 Elite Girls had almost zero Central players. It came almost intact from Scorpions. So the poster probably is not from the team.

my daughter played NEFC regional (not elite) in the NEP for 4 years U13 - U17. She had a great experience. The OP was asking about players breaking into Elite from satellite or regional programs. I shared our experience.

The coaches also do a really great job at advocating for their players, and giving the regional players opportunities to play with those teams when they are short players. It's up to the player at that point to take advantage of the opportunity.
