Where's the mighty Celtic? I thought they the best team in the state. Looks like 15 of 16 Round of 16 teams signed up, no Kendall PA. Will FC Tampa get the 16th spot since they legit qualified for the Round of 16 over OCYS Purple. It's unfair that OCYS Purple is getting an FSPL spot that they didn't earn. I see a handful of better teams on the list that deserve the spot over them.
