That's an interesting perspective. I will say that some of the parents with disconnected expectations are relative newcomers. Maybe it just takes time for reality to set in.

This week is exactly what it is: tryouts. People are exploring different options this week and Wellington draws a good number of candidate players during tryouts. Many Wellington players are trying out elsewhere as well. Wellington has the tradition of not keeping good players and this opens up opportunities to low level players to sign up. PZ doesn't care about the quality of players; and he cares only about numbers and money he gets from these numbers. Look at the quality of soccer, competition level, and results from this past season. Mediocre at the very best. Their own players have said their teams suck and they will suck next season as well. NO QUALITY teams!

Two long serving coaches (GG and BA) left Wellington before season ended. These are two good men and good coaches. Bet PZ betrayed them!

GG was way too over stretched coaching three teams. Unfortunately u16g blue probably suffered the worst with maybe training once a week for three weeks before state cup, a little more frequent with u15g blue. U12g white were benifited the most as he devoted a majority of his tI'm wit this team. Was always late to practice even though he lived only 5 minutes away. Don't know how he's going to make it on time for practice coaching Jupiter. If you get GG as a coach, prepare to be disappointed.

Who out there is getting calls? A team slots are being offered. Interesting to see what happens. I don't think too many of them went and tried out elsewhere. Letting it ride on cogi!

Wellington was once a good club. About three years ago it went down hill when PZ opened the gates. He got too greedy bringing in tons of Boynton players and coaches. He did not even have a enough field space. Just ask what parents think obout him. He is very untrustworthy. He pisses people off and they leave. How sad could it be the the club did not even have a U16 boys team last season. Then came a Cogi. How much money did he make from that. Cogi was going to make you a better player and even smarter in school. It was a complete failure. Just looks at result. You have once good A team not making it out of State a Cup Round One then they start playing in tournaments in B division (and they can't even make it out of group play).

What happens in the begin parents believe the BS that he gives out then they realize nothing will become of them if they stay so they leave.

what garbag can you espeak when you try to esplain that to parent and group? we do not come to anser you if wellington does not e prvide teaching for the rest. this comes to the point of parens make desicon for there own shildren so take yoour estupid commant away.
