BTW your comparison to USA league teams left in state cup is a false analogy since USA is a region C league and 50% teams come from region A

The USA League is garbage, the only clubs in Pinellas that give kids the opportunity to play up outside of the USA League are: WFF, Chargers, TBU-WEST and Strictly. The rest of the clubs are locked into the USA League with no way out.

I would lump Strictly into the category as being a bad club on the same level as PCU and Celtic. Strictly has not won anything in years and has had trouble just getting enough players for many teams.

The big difference between Strictly and clubs like Celtic and PCU is that Strictly doesn't play in the worst league in the state as Celtic and PCU do.
