Perhaps a smaller club where they are taught to play the right way would be the answer. These so called BIG CLUBS is not always the best way to go.

Even the most athletic

To think playing at another club will help the above problems would be a joke. Go find a club close to home and let your daughter enjoy the game. She and her teammates are obviously not top players and you just can't blame the club, any club, for that.
Time has run out and even the most athletic girls cannot catch up to the training/skills of the high level team. Like the poster said, go find a club close to home and let your daughter enjoy the game.

This is the typical WFF attitude, just because these players don't play on the top team or the "best" league, it does not mean that they do not deserve the training that the parents are paying for. Not everyone is going to be a top player but that doesn't mean that it is a waste of time. That is why there are so many lower divisions in professional soccer throughout the world.
The problem at WFF is that they have parents pay an exorbitant fee and if you are not at the "top team" you are screwed. You are right, parent should choose to take their kids to other places, and let see whether the fees of all those "top players" cover the salaries of all those in WFF.

I can understand the frustration that the girls and parents are feeling, the last two seasons have been an absolute nightmare, with our team just getting pummeled each week. This season it has been tough to watch, the games have been ugly, we have scored 4 goals and given up 69 in 12 games, the development of the girls skills has declined, so maybe it is time to close the door on this team. Last year, at the end of the season, everyone blamed the coach, obviously that blame game turned out to be wrong, as the team has regressed even further this season under the new coach. so who or what is to blame this year? I would like to allow our daughter to stay with a couple of her teammates if/when they move to a different club, so where will most of the girls move to next season: Chargers, TBU, Dunedin, Oldsmar, Tarpon?

Once our daughter finishes the high school season, we have made arrangements to practice with another U15 girls team near Palm Harbor, but we will finish out the year with WFF at the Region C Cup and any other tournaments that they elect to play in. I would suggest to the other parents be proactive, start looking for other alternatives for next season now
Im at the same club on the boys side and came from a small club for the quaility. We practice/train 4 nights a week plus travel and games. Some kids/parents are not cut out for this level or even the level their at now ?
Dont be a club hater...Just maybe see their ability for what it is ?

Lemme guess you would be right here saying the club sucks hmmm. Its not like your playing NPL cmon ?
Just like I said to another, wake up and see the ability around you. If you didnt notice this at tryouts your out of touch with the sport your kid plays...take some responsibility !

WFF is all about the money, they will throw together teams and assign a bad coach just to get the profit. At least the Chargers don't just grab people dollars and throw together bad teams and then try to pin the blame on the parents.
