I disagree. I think the OP was using exaggeration to emphasize the point he was making which was that this was such an amazing victory for the Dynamo over such a "big strong fast team with a huge bench".

He makes it sound like the 1980 US Hockey vistory over the mighty Soviets.

Sounds like a BB parent, making excuses for poor play. Not so much that u17 boys were amazing but the BB team was sub average in every respect.
