Good list. "He's off!" (or simply "Offsides!") must be yelled anytime the opposing team breaks free with the ball and appears to have a solid scoring opportunity, even if the player was in an on side position when the ball was passed (or, more comically, when a player dribbles through and no pass is made). Assistant Referees greatly appreciate the assistance of numerous sideline experts.

Heard from a screaming English guy "Testicle keeper!!" every time the ball went over the midfield line. I couldn't figure out why he would scream this until they finally took a shot on goal and he said "that's how you testicle keeper"= test the goal keeper.
