Parents vented last year to the club about this team, but were minimized by AA as being trouble makers. Parents are not happy this season, but know that complaining will get them nowhere with the club. It's unfortunate, but I have heard at least 5 parents state they will not be coming back next season. AA needs to stop trying to please his pals and make changes upfront and in the middle of the field, NOW. We are off in the FSPL until the 24th when we play West Pines, if changes are not made then West Pines will win in a rout. Put other people at the Striker position, the position has been a black hole for two years.

You say you can't talk to the DOC??? How is that possible if you can't talk to him go to the BOD and have the person fired. Reading these comments it appears to be pretty obvious they can't coach a team.

Every time I look at this thread I am struck with the same conclusion. With this many problems with what is supposed to be one of LFC's better teams and with the one team AA has had the most influence over the past few years...... Bad Board....... Bad DOC......... Club going nowhere but downhill. Not to mention any team AA has been the coach of in the past! Club only survives based on numbers in the younger program and isolation.

Is it over yet? Please say the Lakeland U16G FSPL season is over? Our girls need to get to HS Soccer and soon.
At least in HS they may finally get a chance to improve!

All their Guest Players from Port St. Lucie and elsewhere are no longer rostered to the team.
This is NOT the same team as last year. What Lakeland u16g has now is the REAL team, the actual LOCAL kids playing the games. Hey, on the bright side, those kids are really lucky to be getting some top level game time experience.
But seriously, FYSA either looked the other way or was fooled into believing that this was the same team from last year. Not good. Not good at all. Who keeps FYSA accountable anymore?

All this rain and poor field conditions will certainly help Lakeland u16s vs. FSPL teams. Doubt they'll get mercied if the fields are wet and sloshed.

Seriously, FYSA is one of the most corrupt youth leagues in the state, they could care less about the kids. If you know Dale, then you know this is true. Lakeland was a homer deal to be included into the FSPL, many better teams such as Greater Tampa Bay and Celtic should have been added over Lakeland at the U16 girls level
