If you haven’t seen this or don’t believe it’s true, I’m guessing you’re part of the problem.
Just come over to WFF. All of your problems will be solved.

This is a real option. I would not be surprised if some are looking. At least its just YY and company...not parents running the club dynamic.

AB has always been in the pocket of a few South Tampa parents for years. I’m sure he’s had lots of free dinners along the way.

So they can't win- criticized for allegedly favoring legacy players, criticized when talented players from elsewhere want the exposure their teams offer and are welcomed.

WFF has failed for 7 years straight in two different leagues. We have considered it before but under close inspection there are too many fundamental problems.

During that same seven years, TBU has steadily improved. To leave TBU right now and go to WFF would be like owning BMWs the last 3-4 cars and then you have problems with the brakes on the current BMW and you sell it and buy a Chrysler 200.

This current little blip at TBU is nothing compared to the 7 year long, systematic failures at WFF. Are you Trolls seriously posting this trash about a Coaching Carousel at TBU? Look at the coaching turnover at WFF the last 7 years - almost complete turnover every year!

More deflection. How about you spend as much time explaining the issues being addressed, as as you do bashing another club? Oh that’s right, we’ll sweep all of our problems away by bringing up WFF. Do they teach you this technique while your kids are trying out?

It really is a mafia over there- don’t question leadership and don’t speak poorly about us, and you too can move up the food chain.

So now the TBU standard is to be just like WFF with coach turnover. The issue is about who is making these decisions and whether its the right decision. It appears from this thread that its the parents running the show at TBU now.

Which, ironically, was the first sign of WFF starting to fall. Can’t let inmates run the asylum.

You are obviously demonstrating your ignorance of never having been through the process with your obtuse question.

The 03s are primarily sophomores as well as a few freshmen. Unless there was a true standout on that team, college coaches will just start seriously looking at that age group this year. The first real opportunity to do so will be at the Sanford Showcase in January.

So to answer your question, we will not know how the model is working out until close to the end of this season. The only way to gauge potential success is to look at the older age groups and assume that on average the level of play will be about the same. If you feel that the older age group recruiting meets your level of expectation, then you continue to trust your club and the system. If it does not, then you look elsewhere.

Sounds like TBU's PR guy at work

Actually, just a rational, realistic TBU parent. We have a bunch of them - and a few crazies!

What part of this statement was not clear to you? This is not a TBU thing. You should look at ANY club in the same manner. Someone asked how the 03s were doing. Question answered!
