I’ve seen too many people in similar situations do this and have their kid pay the price with lower amounts of playing time in the current year and demotions the following year. If you haven’t seen this or don’t believe it’s true, I’m guessing you’re part of the problem.

During that same seven years, TBU has steadily improved. To leave TBU right now and go to WFF would be like owning BMWs the last 3-4 cars and then you have problems with the brakes on the current BMW and you sell it and buy a Chrysler 200.
This current little blip at TBU is nothing compared to the 7 year long, systematic failures at WFF. Are you Trolls seriously posting this trash about a Coaching Carousel at TBU? Look at the coaching turnover at WFF the last 7 years - almost complete turnover every year!

It really is a mafia over there- don’t question leadership and don’t speak poorly about us, and you too can move up the food chain.

The 03s are primarily sophomores as well as a few freshmen. Unless there was a true standout on that team, college coaches will just start seriously looking at that age group this year. The first real opportunity to do so will be at the Sanford Showcase in January.
So to answer your question, we will not know how the model is working out until close to the end of this season. The only way to gauge potential success is to look at the older age groups and assume that on average the level of play will be about the same. If you feel that the older age group recruiting meets your level of expectation, then you continue to trust your club and the system. If it does not, then you look elsewhere.

What part of this statement was not clear to you? This is not a TBU thing. You should look at ANY club in the same manner. Someone asked how the 03s were doing. Question answered!
