The Boys Development Academy clubs receive direction directly from the United States Soccer Federation on training regimens and environments to ensure the highest quality.

That's why the chargers partnered with OC, they have a path to the pros for an already existing MLS team, so when the Rowdies don't get the MLS bid, they'll have a path to the USL.
