The reality is this. You have coaches who don't coach but carry a license from many years ago that isn't up to the required standards at each club. I've watched it and it's a travesty. The shortage of quality licensed coaches is the issue. Both clubs make due. This is the issue at all clubs. With the money they bring in they should be spending it on coaches who can run dynamic age appropriate training sessions. If a parent is smart, they ask questions about the best coach at the age and pursue them and not the club. If you want a quality club with full DA quit your job and move to a bigger market with a high level staff. We don't have it here.

This is true. Though I won't be quitting my job and moving my family to find better coaching. We'll just enjoy soccer at the level available in the area.
