It's right on the US Soccer website. If your son plays for a DA club he is going to be seen by the same scouts. No real need to attend an NTC.

The kids are way too young at 2004, 2003 and even the younger 2002's, who are still in 8th grade. In two years, there will be 100% turnover in the players the NT are looking at and eventually ask to play on the National teams. Players grow or don't grow, receive poor training (ahem, cough cough), or just don't improve by no fault of their own. If your son has been asked to NTCs or even the camps, enjoy it now! It won't last!!

Of course, there will be turnover, but only a troll would state 100%. Too young, too short, it won't last? Are you okay? Cheer up, it's not so bad.

Lets face it, not many parents have been to a NTC, especially the jokers on this site.

Having watched many NTCs and several NT camps the step up from one to the other is huge. There is no telling who will sink or swim.

If your child is scouted, they they get a TC invite. The scouts report to the guys who run the TC's. They're one in the same.

Be sure to sit outside like a police stakeout and give us a rundown of players.
