    2007 girls power rankings

Who ya got? Here are the contenders:

    2007 NEFC Central Elite Red
    SSS U10 Elite
    Spirit of Liverpool 2007 Elite
    GPS MA Boston Elite Red-2007
FC Star Central United Lancaster 07

Clearly the most interesting group in all of MA soccer. Why, because that's where my kid plays!

    Oh no.

You're ranking 9 and 10 year old girls?

    That is very sad.

Yes, please wait until U12 and keep with tradition and call it "the list 07." That makes it much better and keeps a sense of order around here.

Also, please make sure to bash GPS, FC Boston, SSS and/or NEFC at least every other post.

      Thank you.

Agreed, little girls who play soccer for the love of it should be at least 11 years old before parents of opposing teams, or more likely, parents of their own teammates, start ranking and bashing them. There should be some sort of written rule on this.

            Of those teams:

            1. SOL
            2. NEFC
            3. Select
            4. GPS
            5. Stars

SPOL had a good showing at the Jefferson Cup with two wins (6-1, 5-1) and a tie (2-2). Long drive to miss out on advancing on goal differential.

SSS played up and won the NEFC U11 second bracket, beating three U11 premiership teams along the way (3-2, 3-0, 1-0) and then looks like beating SSS U11 second team in the final 3-2.

              Anyone see these games?

2007 NEFC Central Elite Red also played in the NEFC tournament, but in the U10 bracket.

                No scores posted.

Beating the Western United Pioneers (#2) was easy, the competition weak.

                      Not sure they keep them.

Agreed. The girls my daughters age (03) who were the best at 10 are still among the best.
