All of youth soccer in Florida is run by a vast and unlimited group of retards. Seriously, have you met anyone as a coach, as an admin, as a referee, as a trainer, as anything, where you walked away from them like, wow, they have their collective sh!t together. FYSA is just the icing on the turd cake. You need to look no further than the Board of Directors. President is a registrar from an unknown rec club in Hialeah. Day job? High school teacher. Ideal person to guide the direction of FYSA. Executive staff are all rejects from failed programs. They have one major event per year, State Cup, and each year it is like the first time they have ever done it. To expect these same geniuses to follow their own rules is unreasonable. Be happy they can dress themselves.
