Then we are in agreeance that Disney is for fun and everyone within that realm is to have fun not develop.

No one goes to disney tournament for the quality. The competition level has decline dramatically. Playing in Disney tournament are more for fun.

What is development?

Will like to know what you all think. Please do not bring up a club or association. Very interested in knowing what you all think.

There are different phases of development:

U9-U12: Focus is technical development. Pick the best training club despite size
U13-U15: Focus is tactical development and level of competition. Chose the highest ranked teams, which are invited to the most competitive tournaments/showcases..
U16-U18: Focus is exposure to college coaches. The top exposure platforms are ECNL, followed by GAL.
