Yep, azz kissing is a pastime among the FESA coaches, jockeying for position and attention with the King. Funnily enough it’s the same hacks that had been at Creeks/JYS before he came that are still there today. Not many stick around if they have integrity. Maybe the whole Jax area can get a clean out and reboot once soccer starts back up again. Bring in coaches that can actually develop players.

Exactly why North Florida needs a total reboot of coaching. Armada and FESA staffs are awful. Players and parents deserve better. Clowns stealing a living. Maybe this crisis will shake things up. We can only hope.

One can only help but the only way to change the money grabbing and reindeer game culture is with some new leadership that cares as much or more about community service and developing excellence than stuffing money in their pockets and Boards looking out for their kid and other butt kissers focused on pay to play.

Is FESA a small or large business? A 100,000 loan to keep could help FESA give some small refunds back to families.

The loan can be used for business expenditures. Will not think that refunds will be made.

Also it will be a best practice to apply a discount or a voucher for the following year. It is also irresponsible for a refund when this was caused by an unpredictable event.

Who can shake things up? COVID-19 has made many of us question if soccer is really worth it. Is it sane to spend x amount of money?

The majority of the kids will not play pro, or even college. Mine will yours will not.

                  So why spend?

My son does not pay and plays the 5th division in a very prominent club. Come u16 he either moves to the second team if not guess what. We play high school soccer and get the soccer bug out of our system.

But when you don't see a future, we keep investing and paying and waiting for the ROI.

So yes these coaches do not help. They do not know the clear path.

                  Good luck.

Maybe the only option will be for the North to develop a regional team and compete vs regional competition.

Please understand this is a sport, is a business.

How can he return the money if he spent it.

Be real... its business... you wouldnt do it so stop asking
Yes it is a business which is why the Elite bash the other main clubs at Bartram Trail High School to convince the masses that they offer the best product and belittle anyone who is not Florida Elite at the pitch. These are kids so stop treating them like shat in the future.

What happens at Bartram Trail? Town halls haven't been there in a while.

Bartram's teams both girls and boys are managed by Florida Elite coaches.

Not true. The girls coach told FESA to fcuk off, and left the club.

Nazi beer hall meetings haven’t happened for awhile either. The point is how a club is only concerned with how many players they get and how much money they make then how to keep those players family money by propaganda, scape goats, and setting an atmosphere where Elite is everything and then there are those.....

Then why was Jen wearing a FL Elite coat at the state title game?

Don't think it went down like that. She has a family that she actually enjoys to see more than 1-2 evenings a week. Coaching is tough if you have a family. It requires 2-4 evenings a week and 1-2 weekend days.
