With the high school scrimmages and jamborees kicking off this weekend, lets get some feedback and observations on what some of the NH soccer teams look like. If you watch a game - or see a scrimmage - post your thoughts here....

Does anyone know how the jamboree went this weekend? Any strong showing from any of the teams?

Bedford were by far the best boys team there with a good showing from Pinkerton which will be a work in progress for Coach Boles. Exeter had their many many players and utilized them to finalise their varsity squad. They actually play Bedford on Friday in a scrimmage with their top players. Coach Morgan and his Nashua South team looks a lot more solid than last season with many technically gifted players and keeping a clean sheet (not letting a goal in ) over their three games with wins over Pinkerton, Exeter and John Stark.
Newcomers to division one Portsmouth and Goffstown both had good showings at the event and showed some stability with their squads and both coaches seemed happy with their outing.
On the girls side on Saturday Bedford and Exeter along with Pinkerton had very good showings. Many talented young ladies out there and shows that many players did not take up the option of going with the Development academy with Seacoast. Pinkerton were very strong thro midfiedl and held together by a very talented Macy Graves at the back. Striker McKenzie MacEachern and defender Briana Coco were the best of Bedford along with Gaby Forte who is a decent center back. Concord seemed very young and Grace Devanny lacked the support of previous years but the season hasnt even started yet but give Coach Phil Tuttle his due its a good soccer playing group he has thats for sure.
Good luck to all teams this fall

I thought he just copy and pasted from an online newspaper. Really strange is some poster wrote this, especially as using kids' names is against TS rules, even if complimentary!

I surely hope it's not a copy/paste from a newspaper with all the grammatical errors and a few negative shots.

But, yes, way uncool to be naming players.
